“Flouncy Skirts”— Fields Of Magic Series (Hand-Painted)
“Flouncy Skirts” was inspired by hundreds of white fluffs that surrounded me one Spring day while I was walking along the Erie Canal; and by a friend who told me she wanted to “put on a flouncy skirt and run barefoot” in my paintings. When I painted these white fluffs, I didn’t know their real name so I called them my “flouncy skirts”.
